End-to-end production for one of the region's most anticipated nightlife experiences. We owned the full P&L, secured brand sponsorships, and curated KOL and media guest lists, while booking headline artistes, performers and DJs. On the ground, we managed venue relations, contractors, AV, carpentry and security — delivering a flawless night from first pour to last set.
